During your first visit we will do our best to make you feel relaxed and comfortable. We believe in thoroughness and doing it right the first time, consequently, we will spend approximately one to two hours getting to know you. We will ask a lot of questions and listen attentively to your needs and wishes. You will meet the staff, take a tour of the office, and learn about dentistry and what our office can provide for you.

We have a state of the art DVD player with short informational and educational videos about virtually every aspect of dental treatment. Interested in bleaching, smile makeovers, or white fillings ? You can pick and choose what you want to know more about with the touch of the remote. People need facts to help them make intelligent and informed decisions. You are in control so relax and have fun.

We believe you are unique. We strive to treat and respect people as individuals. So once we understand why you have come to our office, the doctor will complete a thorough examination and discuss the findings with you. We believe in awareness with no surprises. We strive to be clear in our communication and explanations of our findings so you understand what is going on. We are accepting of everyone and thier current dental condition. We spend a great deal of time at this appointment to avoid wasting time and effort later. You may have noticed that we do not schedule a cleaning appointment during your first visit. Each patient has different needs with respect to the type and number of cleaning appointments needed. We can only determine this after a thorough examination and not over the phone. Your first visit will probably be different than any other dental visit you have had in the past. It should be relaxing, educational, thorough, and exceptional.
